Monday, May 16th, 2016Summary ======= Bugzilla is a Web-based bug-tracking system used by a large number of software projects. The following security issue has been discovered in Bugzilla: * A specially crafted bug summary could trigger XSS in dependency graphs. All affected installations are encouraged to upgrade as soon as possible. Vulnerability Details ===================== Class: Cross-Site Scripting Affected: Bugzilla 2.16rc1 to 4.4.11, 4.5.1 to 5.0.2 Fixed In: 4.4.12, 5.0.3 Description: Due to an incorrect parsing of the image map generated by the dot script, a specially crafted bug summary could trigger XSS in dependency graphs. Upgrading to a release with the relevant fix will protect your installation from possible exploits of this issue.
